Orders: All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

Custom Orders: Custom and personalised orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

Delivery: We deliver across Pakistan via PostEx. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

Returns & Exchanges: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@littlethingsco.net with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Pricing: All prices are in PKR and inclusive of applicable charges. We reserve the right to update pricing without prior notice.
